Inmates tells the story of a young man's progression through a profound mental collapse. To escape and as a means of understanding his ordeal, the man pens a play recording the changes taking place in his inner world. The boundaries between the two worlds however, and the characters created take on a life of their own to the torment and confusion of their author.
After the success of 2006’s The Kid Knows Nothin’, performer Karlo Bran and writer/director Errol Bray present the second part of The Kid Cabaret trilogy. Again, the beautiful voice of Karlo Bran performs songs from a wide range of composers including Wainwright, Dylan, Lloyd Webber and Robbie Williams, all interspersed with witty, quirky “Kid” humour.
